This Personal Data Processing and Distribution Policy of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Support Center (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the website https://month.prom.moscow , (hereinafter referred to as the Website) located at the domain name https://month.prom.moscow (as well as its subdomains), may obtain about the User during the use of the website https://month.prom.moscow (as well as its subdomains), its programs and its products.

Terms and Definitions

• Personal Data – any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (personal data subject);

• Processing of Personal Data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data (Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data");

• User – a natural person registered on the Website;

• Operator – Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Center for Export Support, Industry and Investment Activities "Mosprom" (Primary State Registration Number: 1037739318650; Taxpayer Identification Number: 7727025177; registration number in the register of operators: 77-19-016466).

Other terms used in this Policy are used in the meanings defined by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1. General Provisions

   1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been developed and is applied by the Operator in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Law "On Personal Data") and defines the general terms and conditions for the processing of personal data of Users who have transferred personal data through the website https://month.prom.moscow (hereinafter referred to as the Website) for processing by the Operator, and also establishes procedures aimed at preventing violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the protection of personal data.

   2. Use of the Website constitutes the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms and conditions of processing of their personal data specified herein. In case of disagreement with these terms and conditions, the User shall not use the Website.

   3. The act of registration and authorization in the personal account on the Website https://month.prom.moscow (by clicking the buttons

      "Register", "Log In", "Continue" in the respective forms) constitutes the Users' acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy and the Operator's receipt of consent to the processing of personal data and the transmission of informational materials.

   4. The User's personal data obtained upon registration on the Website is stored and processed by the Operator in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Personal Data", the requirements of the guiding documents of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia and the Federal Security Service of Russia.

   5. With respect to the personal data of other natural persons whose registration on the Website is performed by the User, the Operator proceeds from the assumption that the User performing such registration has obtained consent for the processing of personal data from such natural persons, and also that such natural persons have been notified and consent to the processing of personal data by the Operator.

2. User's Personal Data Processed by the Operator

   1. This Policy applies only to information provided by the User upon registration and use of the Website. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for the processing of the User's personal data by information systems (websites) of third parties to which the User may navigate via links available on the Website.

   2. ANO "Mosprom" hereby notifies the Users of the Website that in order to improve the convenience of working on the Website, cookies and Yandex Metrica service are used, which may gain access to the Users' personal data in connection with the use of the Website. ANO "Mosprom" does not gain access to the User's personal data obtained by the services. Depersonalized data of Users collected through the services

      of internet statistics serve to collect information about Users' actions on the Website, improve the quality of the Website and its content, increase the effectiveness of informational campaigns and improve interaction with Users.

      Yandex Metrica service is a web analytics tool that helps obtain visual reports, recordings of visitors' actions, track traffic sources and evaluate the effectiveness of informational campaigns.

      A cookie file is a small text file (data fragment) that is sent by a web server and stored on the User's device. It is used to store certain data about the User. Each time the User visits the Website, cookie files allow identification of the User, their settings and preferences, regardless of their current location.

   3. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of information containing personal data provided by the User upon registration and use of the Website. The Operator proceeds from the assumption that the User provides accurate and sufficient information containing their personal data and maintains this information in an up-to-date state.

   4. The Operator processes the following personal data of the User:

      • surname, first name and patronymic;

      • date of birth;

      • place of birth;

      • data of the identity document (passport, birth certificate), date of issuance of the said document and name of the issuing authority

      • citizenship;

      • occupation;

      • telephone number;

      • email address.

        4. The Operator transfers (distributes, provides, grants access to) the following personal data of the User:

      • surname, first name and patronymic;

      • date of birth;

      • place of birth;

      • data of the identity document (passport, birth certificate), date and place of its issuance

      • citizenship;

      • occupation;

      • information about education;

      • telephone number;

      • email address to the following persons:

      • organizations that carry out and control the conduct of events for which the User registers, for the purposes of ensuring access control and statistical purposes, exclusively to the extent

        necessary to achieve the specified purposes;

      • Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the City of Moscow – for reporting and statistical purposes.

        For statistical purposes, the Operator may collect depersonalized statistical data about Users of the Website on the following information resources:

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

   The processing of personal data is carried out within the framework of the Operator's activities to promote the development of industrial and investment activities in the city of Moscow and to provide assistance to the executive authorities of the city of Moscow and organizations subordinate to them in carrying out such activities.

4. Period of User's Personal Data Processing

   The User's personal data is processed for the following periods:

   from the moment of the User's registration in the account, or until the termination of operation of the Website, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Terms and Conditions for Processing User's Personal Data and Their Transfer to Third Parties

   1. Processing of the User's personal data is permitted in the following cases:

      • processing of personal data is carried out with the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data;

      • processing of personal data is necessary to achieve the purposes provided for by an international treaty of the Russian Federation or

        by law, for the implementation and performance of functions, powers and duties imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation;

      • processing of personal data is necessary for the exercise of rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties or for achieving

        socially significant purposes, provided that this does not violate the rights and freedoms of the personal data subject;

      • processing of personal data is carried out for statistical or other research purposes, with the exception of the purposes specified in Article 15 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data", subject to

      mandatory depersonalization of personal data.

   2. The Operator shall not disclose to third parties or distribute personal data without the consent of the personal data subject, unless otherwise provided by federal law of the Russian Federation. Transfer of the User's personal data to third parties is carried out in accordance with clause 2.4. of this Policy.

   3. The Operator has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to another person on the basis of an agreement concluded with such person, subject to the User's consent.

   4. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data, except in the case of publicly available personal data.

6. Modification and Deletion of Personal Data

   1. The User may at any time modify (update, supplement) the personal data they have provided or a part thereof by means of a written request to the Operator.

   2. The User may also delete the personal data they have provided by submitting a written request to the Operator.

7. List of Actions with Personal Data for Which Consent is Given

   Actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

8. Measures Applied for the Protection of Personal Data The Operator takes organizational, legal and technical measures to protect the User's personal data transferred through the Website from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Amendment of the Policy and Applicable Law

   1. This Policy may be amended by the Operator without special notice. Any amendments, supplements, as well as new versions of the Policy shall equally apply to all users who have accepted the Policy, including those who accepted the Policy prior to the date of the amendments, supplements or new versions. If the User continues to use the functionality of the Website after the publication

      of amendments to the Policy, the User is thereby deemed to have accepted the respective amendments. The current version of the Policy is permanently available at the following Internet address:

   2. The Operator has the right to make amendments to this Policy. When amendments are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version.

   3. A new version of the Policy shall enter into force from the moment of its posting on the Internet at the address specified in clause 9.1. of this Policy, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.

   4. In the event that the User does not agree with the amendments made by the Operator to this Policy, the User shall cease using the Website.

   5. This Policy and the relations between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Policy shall be governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
