Terms and Definitions
Personal data – any information relating to a directly or indirectly determined or determinable individual (subject of personal data);
Personal data processing – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data (Article 3 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data");
User – an individual registered on the Site;
Website – https://month.prom.moscow
Operator – Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization “Center for Support of Export, Industry and Investment Activities “Mosprom” (OGRN: 1037739318650; INN: 7727025177; registration number in the register of operators: 77-19-016466).
Other terms used in this Policy are used in the same concepts as defined by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been developed and is applied by the Operator in accordance with the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Law "On Personal Data") and defines the general terms and conditions for processing the personal data of Users who have transmitted personal data through the website https://month.prom.moscow (hereinafter referred to as the Site) for processing by the Operator, and also establishes procedures aimed at preventing violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the protection of personal data.
Use of the Site means the unconditional consent of the User to this Policy and the terms and conditions for processing his personal data specified therein. In case of disagreement with these terms, the User has no right to use the Site.
By registering and authorizing in the personal account on the Site https://month.prom.moscow (by clicking the buttons
"Register", "Login", "Continue" in the corresponding forms) the User has read the Privacy Policy and the Operator has received consent to the processing of personal data and the transfer of information materials.
The User's personal data obtained upon registration on the Site is stored and processed by the Operator in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Personal Data", the requirements of the governing documents of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia and the Federal Security Service of Russia.
With regard to the personal data of other individuals registered on the Site by the User, the Operator assumes that the User performing such registration has obtained consent to the processing of personal data from such individuals, and that such individuals have been notified and agree to the processing of personal data by the Operator.
Personal data of the User processed by the Operator
This Policy applies only to the information provided by the User upon registration and use of the Site. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for the processing of the User's personal data by information systems (sites) of third parties to which the User can follow links available on the Site.
ANO Mosprom hereby notifies Users of the Website that, in order to improve user experience, the Website uses cookies and the Yandex Metrica service, which may access Users' personal data in connection with the use of the Website. ANO Mosprom does not have access to the User's personal data obtained by the services. Anonymized User data collected through Internet statistics services is used to collect information about Users' actions on the Website, improve the quality of the Website and its content, increase the effectiveness of information campaigns and improve interaction with Users.
The Yandex Metrica service is a web analytics tool that helps you obtain clear reports, record visitor actions, track traffic sources and evaluate the effectiveness of information campaigns.
A cookie is a small text file (a piece of data) that is sent by a web server and saved on the User's device. It is used to store certain data about the User. Each time the User visits the Site, cookies allow us to identify the User, their settings, and preferences, regardless of their current location.
The Operator does not verify the accuracy of information containing personal data provided by the User upon registration and use of the Site. The Operator assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient information containing his personal data and keeps this information up to date.
The Operator processes the following personal data of the User:
last name, first name and patronymic;
date of birth;
place of birth;
details of the identity document (passport, birth certificate), date of issue of the said document and the name of the issuing authority
citizenship;
occupation;
telephone number;
e-mail address.
4. The Operator transfers (distributes, provides, accesses) the following personal data of the User:
last name, first name and patronymic;

details of the identity document (passport, birth certificate), date and place of issue
citizenship;
occupation;
education details;
telephone number;
email address. to the following persons:
organizations implementing and monitoring events for which the User registers, for the purpose of ensuring access control and for statistical purposes, exclusively to the extent
necessary to achieve the specified purposes;
The Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the City of Moscow - for reporting and statistical purposes.
For statistical purposes, the Operator may collect anonymized statistical data about the Users of the Site on the following information resources:

Purposes of personal data processing
Personal data is processed as part of the Operator's activities to promote the development of industrial and investment activities in the city of Moscow and to assist the executive authorities of the city of Moscow and their subordinate organizations in carrying out such activities.
Duration of processing of the User's personal data
The processing of the User's personal data is carried out within the following timeframes:
from the moment the User registers on the account , or until the moment the operation of the Site is terminated , unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Terms of processing the User's personal data and transferring it to third parties
The processing of the User's personal data is permitted in the following cases:
the processing of personal data is carried out with the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of his personal data;
the processing of personal data is necessary to achieve the goals stipulated by an international treaty of the Russian Federation or
the law, for the implementation and performance of the functions, powers and duties imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
the processing of personal data is necessary to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties or to achieve
socially significant goals , provided that this does not violate the rights and freedoms of the personal data subject;
personal data is processed for statistical or other research purposes, with the exception of the purposes specified in Article 15 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data", subject to mandatory anonymization of personal data.
The Operator does not disclose to third parties or distribute personal data without the consent of the personal data subject , unless otherwise provided by the federal law of the Russian Federation. The transfer of the User's personal data to third parties is carried out in accordance with paragraph 2.4. of this Policy.
The Operator has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to another person on the basis of an agreement concluded with this person and with the consent of the User.

The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data, except in the case of publicly available personal data.
Changing and deleting personal data
The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal data provided by him or her or part of it by submitting a written request to the Operator.
The User may also delete the personal data provided by him or her by sending a written request to the Operator.
List of actions with personal data for which consent is given
Actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
Measures taken to protect personal The Operator takes organizational, legal, and technical measures to protect the User's personal data transmitted through the Site from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Changes to the Policy and Applicable Law
This Policy may be changed by the Operator without special notice. Any changes, additions, and new versions of the Policy apply equally to all users who have subscribed to the Policy, including those who subscribed to the Policy before the date of the changes, additions, or new versions. If the User continues to use the functionality of the Site after the publication of changes to the Policy, the User is thereby deemed to have accepted the relevant changes. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. When changes are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version.
The new version of the Policy shall come into force from the moment it is posted on the Internet at the address specified in paragraph 9.1. of this Policy, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
If the User does not agree with the changes made by the Operator to this Policy, the User is obliged to stop using the Site.
This Policy and the relations between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Policy shall be governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
